d. What are the political and legal risks of doing business there? 

e. If you were advising a U.S. company that wanted to locate a wholly owned subsidiary in Indonesia, what aspects of the country would you stress that management take into account when deciding whether to invest there and how to organize the subsidiary’s manufacturing process?
