Go to the U.S. Treasury website at www.ustreas.gov and find the most recent data on foreign transactions in U.S. securities and U.S. transactions in foreign securities using the following steps. Under “Bureaus,” click on “Financial Management Services.” Under “Publications,” click on “Treasury Bulletin.”

Click on “Capital Movements Tables (Section IV).” This will download a file onto your computer that will contain the most recent information on foreign transactions. How have these number changed since 2012, as reported in Tables 4–9 and 4–10 ?
