Not too long ago, we saw an MBA questionnaire circulated to corporate treasurers asking them whether they practiced formal risk management techniques. Would the following categories of recipients have the same response rate?

(a) Treasurers who do not practice risk management techniques

(b) Those who do practice risk management techniques, but are too busy and/or do not like MBA students

(c) Those who are not too busy and who do practice risk management techniques Hence, evaluate such a questionnaire as a research tool.
