Under “Filings & Forms (EDGAR),” click on

“Search for Company Filings.” Click on

“Companies & Other Filers.” Under Company Name, enter “Cabot Oil & Gas Corp” (or under Ticker Symbol, enter “COG”). Select the 10-K filed February 28, 2007.
