The woman tells you why she is not going to the hospital. “I don’t want to,” she says, “Why should I? I’m an old lady. I’ve lived a full life. I want to die right here. Harry [her husband] died down at the hospital. He thought he was coming home, and he never did. He didn’t want to go down there, and we all made him go. We thought he would get well, come back home.
