CTV is a television-manufacturing company based in Dubai that was founded in 2014. Joseph was hired to fix the company’s HR problems, including high turnover and weak employee performance. Most of the factory’s workers would leave the company within a few months, and the number of defective TV units had recently increased compared to previous years. Joseph came up with several methods to tackle the problems right from the start.

For instance, he increased salaries for factory workers and offered more benefits, such as 50% school fees reimbursement for married workers with two children. Additionally, he introduced a new online recruitment tool for applicants to apply for jobs online. Other initiatives by Joseph included a new training program and an advanced performance appraisal system.
