A Ph.D. student in psychology conducted a stimulus reaction experiment as a part of her dissertation research. She subjected 50 subjects to a threatening stimulus and 50 to a nonthreatening stimulus.The reaction times of all 100 students, recorded to the nearest tenth of a second, are listed in Table 9 . Box plots of the two resulting samples of reaction times, generated with SAS, are shown in Figure 33 . Interpret the box plots.
