Heat transfer from the outer surface of the coil to the surroundings is by natural convection and radiation. Obtaining information about the operating conditions of the refrigerator, including the pressures and temperatures of the refrigerant at the inlet and the exit of the coil, show that the coil is selected properly, and determine the safety margin in the selection.
