Consider any brief conversation, perhaps during a meeting, and write down all the words/terms/statements which an outsider, or new member of the organisation, would not be able to understand. Consider the impact that this has on any newcomer and suggest the most appropriate ways in which they can be inducted into your 'organisational language'.
