Perspectives of different employee groups:

Consider the following statement of a senior manager of internal communications at Novartis (Glueck, 2021): “One of the things I appreciate most about Choice with Responsibility: Personally, I never have the feeling that Novartis regards CwR as a generous gesture by the company towards its employees, but that there is sincere interest in a partnership of equals behind it”. What do you think about this statement? Do you think that all employees would agree with this statement (consider different functions at Novartis, e.g., R&D, production)? Why/why not?
