Being in the laundering business, the Carters feel strongly about their restrictions on employee smoking, eating, and drinking in the stores. One day, Jennifer walked into the store to find two employees openly eat-ing lunch at the front counter. There wasalarge pizza box, and the two employees eating slices of pizza with-out any plates or napkins. Not only did it look unpro-fessional, but there were crumbs and pizza grease on the counter.
