b) A grocery store owner believes that 43% of French adults go grocery shopping on Sundays and is using this as an argument to convince his staff to take shifts on Sundays. Accordingly, he wishes to conduct a hypothesis test to see if the fraction is in fact lower than 43%. What does your confidence interval indicate? Explain.

c) What is the level of significance of this test? Explain.
