a) Make a 95% confidence interval for her approval rating by all Parisians.

b) In March 2016, a new poll also organized by IFOP showed that the rating stood at 42%. Based on the confidence interval, test the null hypothesis that Hidalgo’s approval rating remained essentially the same after one year.
