Each turbine is rated at \(103,000 \mathrm{hp}\) when operating at \(138.6 \mathrm{rpm}\) under a net head of \(380 \mathrm{ft}\). Evaluate the specific speed and compute the shaft torque developed by each turbine at rated operating conditions. Calculate and plot the water flow rate per turbine required to produce rated output power as a function of head.
