The numbers of flu shots were 8, 6, 3, 23, 2, 6, 5, 4, 1, 0, 2, 7, 11, 5, 8, 8, and 10.7

a. Find the sample mean.

b. Find the median number of flu shots. What is the value of the mode?

c. Based on the values of the mean and median in the previous two questions, are the measurements symmetric or skewed? Why?

d. If you were writing a report to describe these data. which measure of central tendency would you use? Explain.
