When I completed my engineering degree.. U got various offers. I became a research assistant at NED University of engineering and technology. I gained a lot of experience on ioT devices and it's deployment at remote areas and controlled via remote monitoring system. After that I got a startup project bearing my role as project engineer.. The project is now launched in Las Vegas. All the production was done in Karachi by me and the team.. Then I got an opportunity at Davaam private ltd as Project manager. Since it was a startup any there were only few people, I had to manage alot of work. I did marketing, website development, managing of the vendors, resource management. Since it was also an e-commerce platform I also did data entry and managed the whole website and the customers. I also deployed solar system installation at two of the sites. Then I got an opportunity at SalTec powerlink as Project coordinator. Over there I had to manage all the on going and hibernating projects. I had to do all the documentation and also according to iso9001.there were documents for each and every step. Like product brief, engineering change request, bill of materials, tech memo, test procedure, test certificate, design project plan, design review etc. Apart from that I had to do resource management; whether it be human resource or material resource, I did the allocation. Then I have to arrange meeting with my team and know their statuses and assign work to them accordingly. I also maintained a software backup for the whole team that if in case a person is absent then we can access that file. The team reported to me and I had to report then to CEO about the work's progress.
I also did online work for a company that is Digilaxy.and I also do work for it occasionally. I have to make assignments and I get paid according to it...
