(a) For the above period, the sales have remained at the same total, so also the department cost of sales percentages. However, the composition of the total sales has changed to the following: Rooms ` 6,18,640, Food ` 4,35,860, Beverage ` 3,51,500.

(b) Calculate the gross profit for each department and in total taking into consideration the different sales value.
