More than four years after they were married, George Woy sought an annulment of his marriage to Linda Woy on the basis of fraud. In his petition he alleged that at the time of the marriage ceremony he was unaware that she had a dependence on illegal drugs, and that, had she not concealed the fact from him, he would have refused to marry her.
