c. It quoted one of the founders as stating that the goal of the firm was to sell shoes “focused on delivering everyday comfort.” 

If you were working for All birds and a manager asked you to forecast the future demand for its shoes, why might (a) and (b) concern you? Why might you be happy to hear the cofounder make the statement quoted in (c)?
