Ask learners to think of a group in their home environment. Identify a group project like planning a party, cooking for a dinner party, making costumes, and so forth. Then use one of the theories in this chapter and analyze the individual behavior of the group’s participants. Follow individual diagnoses for identifying the group model level of performance readiness. Request that learners express what they would or could do, if time permits, with the those people outside of the modal level of performance readiness.
