Reflection: Make a list of some of these CoPs. What kind of role do you play? Are you a core group member with a central role in establishing or sustaining the CoP? An active member who regularly contributes to knowledge and practice interaction? Or a peripheral member who occasionally uses the resources of the CoP?

• Do you feel any conflict in your different identities between them? If so, what helps you reconcile this?
