• The crisis event starts with a trigger event and the recognition that a crisis has occurred. This stage ends when the immediate crisis is resolved. During this phase, your task is to identify the crisis, activate CMPs and teams, appoint a spokesperson, and try to limit the damage. Get to the scene of the disaster as soon as possible; be physically present for victims.
