(Hint: A common practice in the development of network diagrams is to use Post–It™ notes or other similar products that allow the team to move activities around until they are satisfied that the diagram correctly displays the project network.)

Establishing a start and an end milestone will assist in making sure there are no “danglers” and will provide a means to ensure that the network is complete.
