Having a number of different sizes of display for accessing online content poses a problem for Web
Question:
Having a number of different sizes of display for accessing online content poses a problem for Web designers and Web developers in general. Take a look at three newspaper Websites in your country. They usually have a lot of content and, thus, use rather wide pages (perhaps 1200 pixels). Look at how they have placed their different elements on the page—ads, content, banner, etc. Until a few years ago, these looked the same (but much smaller) on smartphones and similar devices. With recent technologies, this has changed. View the same Website using a tablet (such as an iPad) and then a smartphone (the same effect can be achieved by making the window narrower). Which elements move, and which elements disappear completely (if any)?
