The registration process, housed in two huge UN tents, included language translators, cameras and photographers, passport and citizenship experts, humanitarian lawyers, and machines to create plastic identification tags. The process opened at 6 am and closed at 6 pm. Shyla Goswami, an executive at the UN oversaw this process.
