You can use the key words “Ford Motor Company” in your search engine or www2.ford.com to access a variety of information about Ford’s approach to quality. Browse in whatever categories interest you—vehicles, services, subsidiaries, owners, company history, and so forth. You may want to learn more about the special vehicle team (SVT) or Visteon, the automotive supplier that manufactures and sells complete automotive systems.

When you are through with your research, write down your findings, describing specific ways that Ford pursues quality. Based on your research, do you think that Ford lives up to its slogan? Why or why not?
