The shoes are repaired while customers wait, with a constant service time of 25 minutes. The shop will remain open each day until all shoes are repaired. Use the leftmost two digits in the middle major column of Appendix IV, beginning at the top of the column, to obtain the interarrival times for a day of operation.

a. Determine the idle time and percent utilization of the service capacity.

b. Determine the maximum length of the queue and the average time each customer spends waiting in the queue.

c. Compute the mean waiting time in the queue for just those customers who had to wait.
