Two new employees generating potential solutions to a problem After selecting a scenario, each group has twenty minutes to prepare two three-minute skits. The first skit, performed by team members 1 and 2, should show the interaction without active listening techniques. The second skit, performed by team members 3 and 4, should duplicate the conversation while clearly using active listening techniques.
