Discuss with a colleague some of the observable artefacts of organizational culture in your own workplace, university, or another organization with which you are familiar. At a deeper level, identify some of the values and symbols that characterize the culture of the organization.

● Are the values really values-in-use or are they simply espoused (for example in marketing material)?

● Is it possible to hypothesize about any underlying assumptions?
