4. Don, a recent graduate, has his first job and has opened a checking account with a local bank. He called the bank and was told they recently added service charges on international transactions involving their checking and debit cards.

When he protested that this information was not shared with him when he opened the account two months ago, the bank responded that they notified him in the disclosure statement when he opened his account.
