Mariano’s Hacienda Ranch is a Mexican restaurant in Dallas. Founder Mariano Martinez is not only known for serving up great Mexican food, but also for being the inventor of the world’s first frozen margarita machine, which he began using soon after opening his first restaurant in 1971.
