1. Teams of three students will discuss what they expect to obtain from the MBA or EMBA education. 

2. Each team develops a strategic statement of direction of three outcomes they expect from their MBA and three values they hope will guide individual and instructor behavior. e three or less primary goals of students is craftcrafte.

3. The goals will serve as the strategy statement for the remainder of the exercise. 

4. Each trio will have the following task: 

a. Students interview each other about shortfalls they see in achieving student aspirations for the program and the barriers they see to their achievement. 

b. Each trio develops a consensus about three strengths of the program and three weaknesses or barriers to achieving desired outcomes. 

c. Each trio diagnoses the root causes for the success or failure of the MBA program in achieving strategic goals. 

5. Two trios meet to share what they have learned about MBA program strengths and weaknesses.
