Those born after 2010 have been called Generation Alpha – the first (and thus ‘alpha’)

generation to have been born entirely in the twenty-first century (McCrindle, 2014).

It is estimated that, globally, 2.5 million Alphas are born every week, and that by 2025 there will be around two billion of them. How might they differ from previous generations? How do you think their approach to work will be shaped by their experience of technology, their longevity, and by other social trends? What new management problems do you think they will create?
