What are the strong and weak points of the system? Does the system adequately satisfy the information requirements needed to plan and control the project? Is a Web-based system used? Are inadequacies in the system the fault of the computer PMIS, or of the manual support system that provides inputs and utilizes the outputs? What improvements would you suggest to the system?
