Answer the following questions using the most current year’s Monitoring the Future survey.

a. What substances have teenagers used the most and the least in the past year?

b. Over the past five years, what substances are teenagers using more frequently? What substances are they using less often?

c. What is the single most significant change in teenage substance abuse over the past five years? What two additional conclusions about increases and decreases in use can you draw from the data?
