Now Dan wants to sue for damages. Dan approaches the law firm where Lucinda works as a paralegal to file the lawsuit. Lucinda’s supervising attorney asks her to assist in preparing the paperwork and undertaking some of the initial work needed to start the lawsuit. in a 600 word response detail what paper work would need to be prepared and where they would be filed for this case and explain why.
