1. When Can I Retire? Contemporary Compensation Issues Affecting our Aging U.S. Workforce- For example in the Work place as of today, a plenty of senior people or not able to retire due to the compensation, Seniors are having to work more than the norm and what can we do in the Work place that will allow senior to retire comfortably. Examples can come from previous years to current (2000 to 2018) where seniors could retire comfortable and as of today, they are being forced out and having to go get another job to survive. Those are the seniors of today and what will happen to the upcoming seniors like me at age 45.
