After reading the passage give answer to the following question:
What are the similarities and differences in the assessments?
The large illegal immigrant population in America does not represent an obstacle for formulating immigration policy as a whole. America is a country that is comprised of civilians of every single race. Since people first began to settle in America, immigrants have come at an alarming rate. Although these immigrants have come, the U.S. has still formulated blanket policies which address numerous issues. Obstacles can only be formed when there are push-backs from other immigrants. Since the majority of illegal immigrants are in America for the purpose of having a better quality of life, they only hope for the best policy which can give them an easier path to citizenship.
