Determine the type of group you will have. (Ex. Children of divorce, teens involved in drugs, parents whose children have died, etc.) Design a group that you can actually visualize yourself doing one day. Create group rules that you might hang up in your meeting room as well as hand to each group member. Create outline of topics to be discussed in eight group meetings.
