Difficult or challenging times make human beings to think very fast. This is important in solving the various life challenges. As a leader, the presence of hindrances helps you in realizing the main purpose of leadership. Even the life itself, it is full of uncertainties and risks that put your overall life into to test. Cases of being sacked, lacking the essential needs in your life, adverse environment, among much other life-threatening situations tells you that every leadership has its downfalls. All that matters is how you deal with these downfalls/challenges. There is a time in your journey as a leader all things works against you. Even your subjects perceive you in a negative way. What do you go about solving this? As a good leader, you use your limitations to building your strengths. Do not allow failures to make you a loser in your life.

In this reflective journal, there are some questions to be answered so as to understand the primary goal of the journal. Select one of the questions below and elaborate on it. Use the series of questions while answering.

Requirements:

1: Discuss any transformative situation/relationship that you have ever come across in your life as a leader. What did you learn from the close contacts? Did you learn anything from the relationships? How was your personality shaped? In the case you learned something from the relations, how are you using what you learn as a leader? Are there changes to be made on what you learned?

2: Using this discuss, compose a letter or a message to yourself. In your letter, explain how present and past relationships are affecting you? What do you apply in adverse life experience? Apply your knowledge and skills to explain how leadership has been of use to you. What are the challenges you have been facing (present and past)? How have you been solving those problems? Are there circumstances in which you were unable to address some of the challenges? What were the third party inputs? What have you learned about all the problems you went through? Give a summary of the question.
