Marketing department at the A&W Department Store has come up with an idea of monthly lottery drawing which only those customers who have paid their accounts within one month can participate. In each month, only one winner would be drawn and granted a 3000 euro coupon that could be cashed out at the A&W Stores.

The department estimates that the drawing could increase the percentage of current accounts paid within one month to 82%. Is it worthwhile?
