In a short paragraph, discuss these changes and what they mean. What happened while he was asleep?

Part 2. Where does Hester Prynne live and how does she support herself and her child? There is symbolic significance in both of these answers!

Part 1. Who is Roger Chillingworth and what is his plan? And what kind of person do you think he is based on this information?

Part 2. Does Dimmesdale show any remorse for his actions? How is he penitent? In other words, how (through what actions) does Dimmesdale seek penance?
