Read the following paragraph and you need to write a response paper about it

“The culture as a whole is also a system, made up of values, assumptions and beliefs, a political and an economic system, patterns of personal relationships, and so forth. Each piece of that system affects all the other parts; changing one part changes the whole. The wide cultural consequences of the rapid increase in the number of women in the labor force in the United States and other industrialized countries are a very good example. It has led, among many other things, to a fast growing demand for non-parental care (with consequent changes in children’s lives), to changes in male-female relationships, to new political alignments, and to shifts in patterns of interactions within families, which in turn affect children in still other ways.”
