Respond to the following:
When taking an online test, such challenges may arise are anxiety, going blank, being unfocused and time. Especially, with timed tests, I tend to get more anxious than normal due to the fact that I don't like to feel rushed, as I like to take as much time as needed to make sure it's completed correctly. I know that when I am faced with taking a test or timed test, I would need to be sure that I study everyday and as much as possible before the test date and not wait until the last minute. That includes quizzing myself, so that I know for sure and that I am assured in my answer every time. Even though, I prefer that my testing area is quiet at all times, as I do tend to lose focus quite easily. I am learning on making sure that my eyes do not wander, which makes your mind wander as well. So it is very important that I'm solely focused on the test and not having any wandering eyes. I have gone blank many times before during a test, but no longer experience that kind of issue. The method I've used when test taking, was not recognizing the time and making sure that I've studied thoroughly before-hand, so I am not second guessing myself on any questions provided. So whether it is timed or not, I am prepared and confident regardless. Also, I try to make sure I get a good night sleep the night before and no heavy breakfast in the morning.
