Suppose a new CEO has been hired for the “First Union Bank” and the focus of that individual is to instill in the company a strong code of ethics and conduct. To help with this effort, he/she has hired each of you as the individual in charge of human resources.

You are tasked with coming up with a code of conduct for the organization that you research. If available, use the code that exists and enhance it. If one is not available, develop a code of conduct. You can find examples of codes of conduct on the internet and you can also use the code of conducts for CPAS found on the Texas state board of public accountancy or the AICPA as a foundation, if applicable.
