The first step in developing your Living Case paper is the identification of a problem in a well known or area within your organization you think may be the result of either an effective or less than effective human resource practice. Description of the issue or problem:

Identify and brief describe the organization, the human resources management issue or problem being studied and why the problem was selected.

In this assignment you will:

1. Review the current literature on the topic of the case study.

2. Create an annotated bibliography with a minimum of five (5) credible, scholarly journals or sources.

3. Articles from popular magazines like Inc., Business Week, Fortune, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, Times, Newsweek, and similar magazines ARE NOT scholarly journals and will not be counted toward your minimum bibliographies.
