The M.S.Ingrid is a ship under Vinnish flag that 40 nautical miles away from the Coast of Boreway sells fuel to fishing boats. Neither the owner nor the captain of Ingrid has a licence to sell fuel, which would be demanded under the law of Boreway. The fuel was also not cleared by the customs authorities in Boreway.

Several hour later and after finishing the benzene transfer within the exclusive economic zone of Boreway, two boats of the coast guard of Boreway approach Ingrid, which is now on open sea and is only moving forward very slow because of its heavy cargo.
