(1) identify yourself as either generally more of an introvert or generally more of an extrovert (only two choices) and why you made that choice; (2a) if you chose introvert express what it feels like to be around extroverts and how they impact your ability to share your ideas or (2b) if you chose extrovert what assumptions do you generally make about individuals who don't speak up when ideas are being shared; (3a) if introvert offer specific action(s) extroverts can take to encourage you to share your ideas or (3b) if extrovert offer specific action(s) you will take to encourage introverts to share their ideas. (4) Share what your reflection has illuminated about your view of yourself as a collaborative team-mate and leader.
