At the same time there has been an erosion of talent where a large number of long standing and experienced employees have resigned due to arbitrary human resource practices (lack of promotion criteria, judgmental and arbitrary reviews and practices. The Board of Trustees has sacked the ex CEO and you have been appointed to turnaround the company.

2: You are the leader of a youth camp. There are 1050 youth aged 16 to 21 years of age in your custody. They all come from different countries and backgrounds, a multicultural group. The camp has as main objective to prepare these young to face the world of work and to teach them discipline and to develop their talents. You are surrounded by 200 staff who will support but you are solely responsible for the group.

3: You are the newly appointed coach of a successful football team. The Club M has won the championship for the last five consecutive years and they have renowned players who are being solicited by competitors. The past coach, a very popular person with the players and the fans, is retiring and they need a leader who will sustain the success of Club M and take it reach new heights.

4: You are the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee for Dubai Expo 2020. You have to provide the vision for the event and also create the enthusiasm to welcome to event. This is an international event which requires a high level of involvement of resources and goodwill for the country.

5: You are setting up your own enterprise as a family business in a particular sector. You are the leader and need to convince the bank and other stakeholders that your business model is appropriate and will be successful.

As a leader, prepare a presentation and a report to expose and elaborate your plan.
