Write a personal development plan

It should recap ideas, concepts, specific theories and discussions from the class and/or text and how you can apply them going forward in your own personal and professional lives.

The assignment should include the following:

• A cover page with your name, date and course name on it

• Discussion complete with proper citations

• Your analysis needs to cover one or several of the concepts explored during class such as: motivation, conflict, team building, delegation, etc?
